2024 is starting to look more promising for buyers and sellers than 2023. If you are buying or selling right now you will experience a very price sensitive 2 speed market. Buyers have to act fairly quickly on Property with discounted prices but they will take their time when searching for property at full market rates.
Main Highlights
- New Seller asking prices have risen slightly for the first time in 6 months.
- There is approx. 7% more property on the market and 7% more buyers in the market now than this time last year.
- The average time to sell is longer than last year and previous years as price sensitive buyers take their time.
Micro Markets
BCP has some large variations in property supply, demand and pricing, especially between Flats and Houses and certain Post Codes.
