You may have heard mortgage rates are reducing. There are lots of different types of products and rates available across the market. We’ve given you below the average rates right now for Loans at 95% LTV, 90% LTV and 60% LTV and for 2 year and 5 year fixed periods.
95% Loan To Value – 2 Year Fixed = 5.75%
95% Loan To Value – 5 Year Fixed = 5.30%
90% Loan To Value – 2 Year Fixed = 5.30%
90% Loan To Value – 5 Year Fixed = 4.86%
60% Loan To Value – 5 Year Fixed = 4.15%
Yes rates are coming down but very gradually, about 0.1% per week for most products and around 0.2% per week for lower Loan To Values and longer fixed periods.
